We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after an order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided is incorrect.

Returns

Due to strict food safety and allergen protocols, Taiyo Munch does not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped.

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our allergen-free products for all customers.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will make it right.

Please email support@taiyomunch.com within 5 days of delivery and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged package and product

Once we review the information, we will work with you to issue a refund or send a replacement of the same item.
